Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will assist with the development of marketing materials, brand initiatives, website updates, tradeshow graphics, marketing initiatives, customer engagement strategies, social media support, and internal company communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and updating of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and white papers.
• Design and update content for WordPress-based websites.
• Conduct product photography and edit images for marketing use.
• Design graphics for tradeshow booths and promotional materials.
• Update and create technical and sales documents.
• Support the marketing team with additional duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience working on a Mac (Apple) platform.
• Familiarity with WordPress for website content management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
