Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer follow-thru (includes quotes, purchases, documentation, tracking, and problem resolution).
• Coordinate logistics with shipping forwarder, and customer.
• Drive shipments of spare parts orders for meeting monthly revenue targets.
• Monitor margins to ensure targeted margins are met and update pricing accordingly.
• Review of all certifications, packing list, and commercial invoice for export declarations/clearance.
• Prepare spare parts forecast for Purchasing department.
• Review open items report for overdue material and follow-up with procurement/inventory/shipping on expected ETA.

Inside Sales Specialist Requirements:

• 5 - 10 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment providing commercial support to customers and company business development.
• Experience preparing quotes.
• Need Harmonized Tariff Schedule knowledge.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
